Strands and pairings/groupings

We assigned a member of our team to each strand. This person acted as a support and main point of contact re evaluation questions. We also suggested pairings/groupings within strands to support the following activities:

  • sharing evaluation plans and feedback at this stage, to see if there are any common issues on which you might collaborate further
  • providing peer review of content, workshop materials, guidance, and any other practical outputs
  • sharing ideas, concerns, interim findings
  • swapping time and expertise, e.g. in data analysis
  • sharing resources e.g. external consultant, events, critical moments
